Currently in its seventh continuous decade of productions, the Rockhampton Little Theatre Inc (RLT) has some of the area’s finest actors and crew as members. Offering three productions a year we perform quality plays of all genres. Productions are staged in the Auditorium of the Walter Reid Cultural Centre (WRCC), located on the corner of East and Derby Streets. The wheelchair friendly venue offers tiered seating in an intimate atmosphere.
If treading the boards is not your thing, we are always keen to recruit crew to assist with everything else that goes into staging a production. Set design & construction, props, costumes, sound & lighting, and backstage crew, are all vital roles. Theatre lovers who are a bit ‘time poor’ might prefer joining our fabulous Front of House team. There’s something for everyone.
Rehearsals and meetings are held in our club-room at the WRCC in what used to be the old climbing space. The committee meets every month, except January, and our Annual General Meeting is held in March.

Amateur Dramatic Acting Membership fees are per person per calendar year, payment should be accompanied by a completed Membership Form.
